The Nominating Committee of the United States Tennis Association Incorporated (USTA) invites you to apply for the USTA Board of Directors and/or the USTA Nominating Committee. The term of service is two years, beginning January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2028.

Application Details

• Deadline: Midnight (EST), February 1, 2026

• Submission: Complete and submit your electronic application by the deadline

Selection & Interview Process: All applications will be reviewed by the Nominating Committee.

Nominating Committee applicants and Dual Nominating and Board of Directors applicants:

• Candidates selected for interviews will be notified via email by early March 2026

• Interviews will take place at the USTA Annual Meeting in Orlando, March 26-28, 2026

Board of Directors–only applicants:

• Candidates selected for interviews will be notified via email by early May 2026

• Interviews will take place during the USTA Semi-Annual Meeting, held at the 2026 US Open

Final Notifications:

Candidates nominated (“slated”) for either the Board of Directors or the Nominating Committee will be notified by phone shortly after the 2026 US Open.
